They asked a lot of normal questions about difficult situations and how you handled it, why you are leaving your current job, what you would change about your current job, why you are interested in their company..

What you would do if you were asked to complete a task you didn't know how to do- I wasn't expecting this question and at my current job there isn't a supervisor at night so I explained that I would tell the patient that I wanted to make sure I was doing the task correctly so I am going to get some assistance from another nurse.
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
