Phone screening interview was simple and smooth. They asked the typical questions. Very friendly environment. Anisha was very easy to talk to. We discussed my desires salary, my aspirations for medicine and urgent care specialty. She also asked about my previous clinical rotation experiences.

Interview
I had a lunch interview beginning with a casual discussion with the supervising physician, other APPs, and support staff. At one point, it transitioned to standard interview questions. Ended with a tour of the facility.
i have had a phone interview, video interview, multiple recruiter calls but the hiring process can take 3-5 months. everyone is nice but it sometimes takes a while to hear back from someone with the process of the application.

Fairly easy process. I interviewed with several doctors who were very nice and gave a lot of details about the job requirements . I was asked typical interview questions and also asked about how I would respond in certain work situations .
