I had a full day of interviews lined up for this position. I met with the Administrator of the Department of Medical Specialties. Followed by Interviews with The director of finance, the Medical Director, and the previous Operations Analyst. Most of the questions were geared towards my analytical work in previous positions. Most were situational, "What would you do if...?", while there were a few of the basic reflective, interview questions you always get, "What do you think is your biggest weakness?"
