I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Baylor Scott & White Health (Marble Falls, TX)
Interview
It was the typical set up: interview with the hiring manager first, then team of peers, then an administrator then doctors. The peer team was not warm and welcoming. One of them was argumentative, made faces at another team member, then abruptly left the room then returned. She seemed almost hostile. One of the doctors was unhappy with the hospital environment and offputting, but that is not unexpected. The administrator was the most normal interview of the group.
The process has been going on for a month with conflicting emails and phone calls received from the hiring manager. No decisions yet...by them anyway. I, however, have moved on. I think the attitudes during the interview were an indicator this might be an unhappy workplace.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How do you handle difficult coworkers? (This was asked many times.)
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

Interview
Great fast efficient great culture , great prospects , great people, fast response to application and was called back quickly. Looking forward to third interview. Send like a great team
The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
