I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baystate Health in Dec 2023
Interview
I applied online and the process took a little under 3 weeks. I had a phone screening with the recruiter and then 4 separate interviews: first with the team manager, then with a team member, then with a director, and lastly with both the team manager and team member. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and answered all my questions. The recruiter got back to me quickly after the last interview and offered me a lower level Financial Analyst position that pays roughly $25k less than what I was originally told the position pays. It definitely felt like a bait and switch for me to go through 4 rounds of interviews to then receive an offer with a lower title and drastically lower pay than what was originally communicated. It honestly felt offensive, and I would have greatly preferred it if they just flat out rejected my application.

Tell me about yourself and your experience, why are you looking to leave your current job, what are the first 3 things you would do if you get hired for this position
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baystate Health (Boston, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
It was your pretty typical interview with multiple rounds. I had 3 rounds after the initial recruiter phone screen, but they did a classic bait and switch. When the offer came in it was for a financial analyst position making $72K, but I applied for a senior financial analyst role for about $20K more than the offer. It was really a waste of time.
