Beacon ABA Services Associate Behavior Therapist interview questions

Received a call the day after applying to verify information and schedule interview. Interview was reasonable, had a lot of questions about passed positions and experience with children. A secondary interview was set up where I went to a client's session and met the Regional Director. I was able to see a traditional session and interact. From that point, I submitted the remainder of the required documentation and was then scheduled for the next week-long orientation.

My interview was great. It was with one person so a bit more informal than other interviews. The job was described in detail. You must commit one year to the agency. If you decide to leave you are not able to work with shool age children for one year after leaving within 40 miles from the agency.
