You have an initial phone-screen, then depending on the division you are interviewing for, you have a first-round video interview, and next are invited in to meet the team/ job shadow. The people are very transparent and friendly and tell you how challenging this position can be when you first start out. They seem to really value and assess whether a candidate will be a good cultural fit for their team. I thought it was a good experience overall.
