Go in for an interview with 3-4 people all at the same time. They are looking for your honest answers and will work you until they get them. Don't try to please them, they just want you to be honest. They are recruiters, they know what they are doing. Great group of people, easy to talk to, do a great job elaborating on the job and the pros/cons.

The interview process went very smooth and well. It consisted of a preliminary phone call interview, another phone call interview with the director, and then a third in person interview with the director. Very efficient process!
