Interview
Recruiter reached out and scheduled an interview for the following week, the morning of the interview canceled an hour prior due to an emergency and rescheduled for the end of the following week. Finally had the interview and it wasn't with the actual location hiring but with a recruiter from out of state gathering a pool of resumes and asking about various roles I was interested in. I think it would have gone better had I actually talked to the location hiring as forwarding my resume is not the best way to go about hiring. And as far as roles, I am likely interested in the one I applied for not hearing about all the open positions. The position was posted at 45k-70k per year but due to my 4 years of experience I was offered 50k to start. Very low. Huge let down and about 3 weeks to have a phone call.

Question 1
Out of the positions available which one am I interested in?
It was a preliminary interview where we talked on the phone. I was asked to go through my resume and a few follow-up questions as well. The phone call went on for about 15 minutes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Beacon Hill (Folsom, CA)
Interview
I applied online, did a recruiter phone screen, and then went for an in person interview. The recruiter was nice, but the prep she gave me was completely irrelevant. None of the questions we talked about actually came up in the interview. The hiring managers seemed completely disinterested the whole time; they barely asked me anything and acted like they just wanted to get the interview over with as fast as possible. The recruiter eventually told me I wasn't moving forward due to 'lack of experience,' which is frustrating because my experience is clearly listed on my resume. They knew my background before inviting me for an interview, so it felt like a total waste of my time and gas.
