We had an initial phone interview discussing the role and how I would fit. Some slightly challenging questions were asked, but overall not too tough.
Then it moved to presenting me to the company and working with me to get my resume and interview skills on point. The process took about a week or two, and their team was in contact the whole time.
I was called in for 2 separate in person interviews and multiple assessments. Everytime this happened, their team was advising me on the process (sometimes even meeting after hours to talk).
