I spoke to the manager over the phone for an initial introduction. After the phone interview, I was invited in to the office for a 2nd interview where I also got to meet a few senior members of the team. After my 2nd interview, I spoke to the managing director in Boston. I felt like I was given access to all the information I needed to be able to make a sound decision. Everyone involved in the process seemed to be very pleased with their employment at Beacon Hill and were VERY upbeat and passionate about what they do.
They are looking for people who have the right mentality, work ethic and culture fit. That seems to be what the interview process is aiming to flush out. There are not a lot of "technical" or industry related questions.

Professional, light, took a long time in between interview steps to get back to me. Overall a good and professional experience. Management and the team were very nice and easy to interact with.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Beacon Hill (Reston, VA) in Apr 2024
Interview
Reached out via LinkedIn, connected via phone after a few days. On the call it ended up lasting an hour, it was not very direct. Told me I would fit a ton of options and I needed to interview with multiple teams for them to decide about me. Said my salary was way above what they offer. The approach seemed very aggressive after the call multiple times.
