The process was simple, I think three in total. I made the final rounds, but the attitude of the AM was not so great. The recruiter was very helpful, although for a staffing agency, feedback would have been nice.

Friendly people, very communicative. 3 rounds after initial screening call and quick follow-up. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. Entire process took a couple of months. Overall good experience

I scheduled a time with the recruiter but realized day of that the time zone was not confirmed. I was taking time out of my work day to interview and the recruiter was in a different time zone. I sent a quick message but did not hear back right away. I decided to go ahead and open the interview link sent to me just in case she had assumed the interview would be in my time zone. There was a man already on the call who I quickly came to realize was another candidate. The recruiter got on the call shortly after and told me that my call was for later that day. I apologized and told her I wasn't sure of the time and thought it was a closed meeting. I told her we'd connect via email but never heard back. Awkward.
