I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Beacon Hill (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2014
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a time to talk over the phone. When we talked over the phone she described the role and asked about my experience.
Cordial, friendly, informative. Staff was responsive and receptive throughout. Genuinely seem like they are trying to find the things you are looking for. Limited mostly to admin work, though mentioned other may be available.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Beacon Hill in Aug 2016
Interview
Very casual, in a good way. Not stuffy, intimidating. Very prompt and businesslike, but again, more like talking to another person than a robot or a psychologist. This followed a phone interview, but that was more informative than anything else.
