I met with Abby, a recruiter at Beacon Hill, just 2 days after submitting my resume. The office is beautifully appointed, with a helpful, friendly receptionist, and I was seen promptly after arriving. I first sat down with Abby to discuss my resume, educational background, and career goals. Next, I met with another hiring manager from their permanent division, Annie. We similarly discussed my resume and work experience. Finally, I met with a woman who directly represents of one Beacon Hill's clients. After speaking with all three, I was offered, and accepted a temp-to-perm position with their client, to begin Monday. The interview process was seamless, comfortable, professional; all three women I met with offered valuable insights about my resume and career-trajectory.
