I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bealls (Cleveland, TN)
Interview
The interview was pretty simple. They looked over my resume and confirmed the history of my jobs. They commented on the experience I had that would be great having training for already to be successful there. They asked me my reasons for leaving as well, and what made me move from state to state. They asked about my college education, and my knowledge of computer literacy
The process was very chill. There were some basic question, such as: working with people, customer service, doing sales, and asked for examples. Don't stress to much, but also, have some examples prepared when they ask you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bealls (Port Saint Lucie, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was very easy and straightforward! Very nice store they walk you around it after the interview. They talked about what you would be doing day to day. They ask what days you are available and times.
The interview process was quick and easy. The manager did most of the talking and they were nice. I was asked about my experience and my schedule. I was also asked about the company, so I suggest reading a little bit about the company and when it was founded.
