The hiring and interview process wasn't the best I've ever experienced. First, the store manager (store manager 1) did not interview me, a manager (store manager 2) from another Burke's Outlet did. Store manager 2 asked store manager 1 if she had any questions but she replied no. The manager of the store I was applying for didn't know what she was doing. She mostly ask the lead supervisor how to do almost everything.

Supervisor was awesome I wasn't nervous at all she made the interview easy going and fun I usually am a nervous wreck but I really liked the person interviewing me

Very easy process and good management. The interview was quick. The ask you basic questions and the process is easy. Come dressed in business attire and know about the store.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.
