The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bealls in Aug 2013
Interview
Easy. In fact, I barely had an interview, it was pure nepotism. My mom knew they were hiring and knew a lady who worked there. She told her I was looking, the lady said great, send her in. I went, they took copies of my I9 stuff, asked me a few basic questions like if I had run a cash register, if I had reliable transportation, etc. Then they told me I could start work the next week. They had to run a background check, but I could work before it came back.
The process was very chill. There were some basic question, such as: working with people, customer service, doing sales, and asked for examples. Don't stress to much, but also, have some examples prepared when they ask you.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bealls (Port Saint Lucie, FL) in Jun 2024
Interview
It was very easy and straightforward! Very nice store they walk you around it after the interview. They talked about what you would be doing day to day. They ask what days you are available and times.
The interview process was quick and easy. The manager did most of the talking and they were nice. I was asked about my experience and my schedule. I was also asked about the company, so I suggest reading a little bit about the company and when it was founded.
