I applied online via Indeed and received a call back about a week later and did 2 interviews 2 days apart.
On the first interview I did a short interview with 1 HR associate and a retail math test. The 2nd interview was with the buyer of the department and their manager and was about 30 minutes.

You are tested for verbal and math skills. Then direct managers interview you. I interviewed with 4 managers. I decided my favorites smong tgem, but had no choice of whom to work for.
