making sure we have basic talking skills and not too shy about talking to people or selling the products in the office. they did it as a group interview asking the regular interview questions of teamwork and past experience with work. Cashiering was a big point and making sure you have money handling/retail experience.

to sell one of the things in the manager's office like sunglasses or a stapler to another person getting interviewed. couldn't repeat how the other person sold the item had to be fresh and unique it was kinda difficult for the last people to sell things and not stutter/come up with fresh ideas.
The interview process was super simple, a few questions about your interest in the position, availability and the regular things nothing to be nervous about. Whether you had experience & etc.

The online application automatically gives every applicant the option to set up an interview. You get text notifications beforehand to confirm. Interview was short and relatively easy, basic q’s about how you’ve handled store and customer issues. So have details ready.

When would you greet a customer? How would you handle a customer interrupting your tasks?
Very easy interview, the job was entry level associate. It was a job I had during high school. The managers were accommodating and very nice during the process. They did not ask alot of questions during the interview
