Honestly it was an amazing process. Bealls is so honest and open about what it going on, they don’t treat you like another applicant. I could not have hoped for a better process. There ask for an initial video recording of you answering questions to get a feel for your personality, they have a large in person interview day with a required store walk with leadership. The offer was competitive for the area and they have great benefits!
