I was offered a store manager role but declined due to salary. A month later I was contacted by the Regional Manager informing me that there was a District/Group Manager position available and would I be interested in speaking more. I was then interviewed by the senior talent manager and the senior VP of operations and informed I would hear back on the next steps. I can only assume I didn't get the role as it has been over a month without any contact. For a company that claims their philosophy is to be KIND and value people, they revealed themselves in the interview process. I am ok that I wasn't their choice, but since they reached out to me, I would have expected some respect from the Regional Manager to call and let me know their decision. Overall, it was a good to see the true face of the company
