There is only one interview which is a pretty easy process. You will either be called or receive an email about the interview. I have been hired at the interview twice. Pretty simple, just be professional and honest, show up on time, and prepare to answer questions about how you would go beyond to help customers and times where you exceeded expectations. Also some personality questions just sell your good attributes.
The interview process was super simple, a few questions about your interest in the position, availability and the regular things nothing to be nervous about. Whether you had experience & etc.

The online application automatically gives every applicant the option to set up an interview. You get text notifications beforehand to confirm. Interview was short and relatively easy, basic q’s about how you’ve handled store and customer issues. So have details ready.

Very easy interview, the job was entry level associate. It was a job I had during high school. The managers were accommodating and very nice during the process. They did not ask alot of questions during the interview
