Quick not time consuming at all. Be prepared know about company and how Bealls run. Be able to solicit credit cards and email enrollments on daily basis and make goals weekly and monthly .

Lots of explanation about the company. Exchange of information with interviewee encouraged to talk about her retail experience and past jobs.
Questions included: Tell me about someone you trained for a job, how you went about it and the outcome. What is one management skill you continue to work on? What would your ultimate career goal be with Beall's if you were hired? Why do you want to work for Beall's? How do you manage multiple tasks at the same time?

Have you ever been asked to set goals in a job and how did you achieve them.
Applied on line. Was called within a week for interview with Store Manager at location I was applying for. Interview was 30 min and consisted of situation questions as well as a walk through of the store. Asked to take a background check and drug test. Week later asked back for an interview with regional manager. Situation questions and walk through of the store, what would I change.

Interview
Heard back from initial submitting of application in 4 days. Had a phone interview, then heard back 3 days later to come in for a face to face interview. At the end of the face to face Store Manager was straight forward on pay/benefits, & LMK next steps for HR to re-verify reference & schedule a drug test. One week later I came back to put together my schedule because at that point I already accepted the Job.
