I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bealls (Fort Oglethorpe, GA) in Aug 2014
Interview
I came in expecting a formal interview, but one of the sales associates had apparently called out, so the Store Manager was really busy. The "interview" ended up being a 5-minute exchange with me in front of the sales counter, and her behind it asking me questions.

Question 1
I'm not sure. The interview was so brief and informal, it wasn't at all challenging. Although she did ask me if I would like to start as a manager rather than the sales associate position I had applied for. I declined. All I was looking for was a low-stress, part-time gig to supplement my income while I attend college. That's the only reason I applied there in the first place.
The interview process was super simple, a few questions about your interest in the position, availability and the regular things nothing to be nervous about. Whether you had experience & etc.

Very easy interview, the job was entry level associate. It was a job I had during high school. The managers were accommodating and very nice during the process. They did not ask alot of questions during the interview
