So I applied online, and none of my other online applications ever got calls back. Next day I'm out doing errands and realize I missed two calls. It's the Burkes Store Manager trying to set up an interview. Score. The store was being built at the time so we met at the mall. She was dressed nice and very professional the entire time.
Mainly the interview was just her letting me know her standards, asking if that's what I'd be interested in, and letting me know how the store works. Fun and conversational. As soon as the background check came in (actually before) she was making me an offer.

The interview process was super simple, a few questions about your interest in the position, availability and the regular things nothing to be nervous about. Whether you had experience & etc.

The online application automatically gives every applicant the option to set up an interview. You get text notifications beforehand to confirm. Interview was short and relatively easy, basic q’s about how you’ve handled store and customer issues. So have details ready.

When would you greet a customer? How would you handle a customer interrupting your tasks?
Very easy interview, the job was entry level associate. It was a job I had during high school. The managers were accommodating and very nice during the process. They did not ask alot of questions during the interview
