I applied through college or university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bealls (Bradenton, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
It started with a math test, then nterviewed with different buyers, overall very laid back.
They Asked questions about experience, I asked questions about position, responsibilities and all.
After meeting with about 6 buyers and a few managers , it was about a 3 hours interview all togheter , they told it Will take about a week to get back to me..
They called me 3 days later for a second interview, which I interviewed with two more buyers then got an offer. Started to work 4 weeks later .. After the background check and drug test .
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Bealls (Bradenton, FL) in May 2016
Interview
Applied online, took awhile to hear back which sent an email to complete an online video answering about 5 or 6 questions which are timed. Then I got a call to come to there headquarters which was out of distance from where I live in Florida but I decided to go. When I went I met the HR person which just greeted me and showed me to the room I would be interviewing in. Never interviewed with her, she later handed me a math test to complete which luckily I brought my own calculator because theres didn't work. Math test super easy as long as you have a calculator. Met with four buyers, two at a time. Surprised how unprepared all the buyers were, non of them had my resume or even looked at it. They were just looking at my resume trying to come up with questions but they wanted me to ask them more questions on the position but that was hard because the HR person answered all them for me. One buyer just mentioned you will sit at computer all day putting numbers in there is hardly any fun. Waste of my time. Glad I didn't get an offer because I later found out it doesn't pay much at all.
