I am an energetic customer service based person. I killed the interview and the lady told me she didn't hire me because I was over qualified. That is true but I don't think that's a good reason to pass up on what would've been your best employee. To an extent, I feel like she was intimidated and thought I had a chance of taking her job.

Very easy interview, the job was entry level associate. It was a job I had during high school. The managers were accommodating and very nice during the process. They did not ask alot of questions during the interview
