Interview
I applied and set up an interview online immediately after submitting the application. I showed up, the interview lasted 8 minutes, I was interviewed by a keyholder, and she took notes because the hiring manager was still the one making the final decision. She told me I'd hear back in 3-4 days. I got a rejection email on the 4th day. To be fair, I really did not do a good job answering the questions.

Interview
It was smooth and the questions were simple. The called exactly on time and it was a short interview even thought I was not called back. I did try following up as well.
