Hiring manager was wonderful and made me feel at ease during the interview process. Not only did she ask me questions, but also took the time to tell me a little bit about herself and what she experienced during the time she has been employed there. She described in great detail what my role would be and determined that I am a perfect fit for the company.

Interview
group interview with two managers (merchandising manager and an area manager) hiring people for different position. Interview lasted about thirty minutes. They seemed not really to care about experience but were more interested in trying to understand your attitude/work ethic to determine the kind of employee you will be.
