Phone Interview with designer not HR representative. The designer called me 45 minutes late from the time we had discussed. Negative questions asked throughout the interview, very rude, aggressive brisk and offensive. I took into consideration this is a family owned privately held company and they might not have the best resources. If you get a barrage of aggressive questions from the person who is supposed to be above you/ work with you, beware of the micro-managing, paternalistic know-it-all, bullying / toxic supervisory style that will make your time there a hellish experience. There are plenty of companies out there that are willing to hire wonderful candidates like yourself
