I applied online. I then received a survey via email. I completed the survey, then received a phone call for interview. The interview was very easy going. The manager spoke more about the company than asked me questions. I was looking for cashier/sales associate, but the manager offered me a supervisor position. The Background check was quick for me and the whole process was about 3 weeks.
