Applied for Retail Supervisor role because I had almost a decade in retail leadership experience and needed to work. I left retail after earning my degree. Received a text message a couple days ago for an interview. Saturday and Sunday was sent text message reminder for Interview. Today same text message with Store Manager name attached, for the same role. I arrived for the interview 15 minutes early and during the interview process was told they actually filled the position (internal rage). But if you would I have a sale associate role that is budgeted for 15 hours a week. How can a store manager sit there with a straight face and ask that ridiculous question knowing that I just wasted my time coming here?
