I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bear Robotics in Sep 2025
Interview

Neutral experience
Difficult interview
Application
I interviewed at Bear Robotics (Seoul)
Interview
Medium level coding interview for 12 hours, unproctored. there are multiple choice questions as well, but they are not tech related. Then they called me for one more, it will happen in few days.
Interview process is very fair, and in my opinion, very representative of the types of skills that are required in a job like this, not really testing memorization but rather critical thinking.
