I applied online. I interviewed at Bechtel (Kennewick, WA) in Mar 2022

Interview

The interview was pretty standard. It was 30 minutes and they asked me 8 questions, 3 personal and 5 Starr formatted questions. They were very nice and explained the questions thoroughly. There was also only 2 interviewees on the panel when HR said there would be 5.
