I applied Offcampus through employee referral. Got an interview call in February. Interview was conducted at gurgaon office of Bechtel. Interview was pretty average. First they asked general questions, technical questions were from machines & power system.
They interviewed me for 2 hours without any knowledge if they would contact me for the job or not. Then I was not let know if I was rejected for the position.
Zoom meeting, asked questions about my current university work, and my knowledge of Bechtel, its Business areas and functions. Interviewers were friendly, and interview took about 30 minutes. Bit of technical difficulty at the start, but sorted.

Basic phone interview, HR person was really nice and understanding, and then an extensive one hour behavioral interview with Corporate employee (very serious interview, with questions start to finish) asking situational questions and behavior questions.
