Great internship!
Originally I applied for an Oil & Gas internship, of which I had two rounds. The first was with HR asking general behavioral and team oriented questions (if you're competent and friendly you'll do fine). Next was with a panel of three employees (2 managers and 1 HR). These are more technical focused questions. I was applying beyond my league for this internship with Oil & Gas and wasn't offered the position I went for (I forget the specific position). However, I did get a call back and was offered a position for a procurement internship, which I accepted. The experience, pay, knowledge and training gained is unparalleled to many internships. You will be trained, have opportunities to earn certificates, gain practical knowledge, and be surrounded by wonderful coworkers and other interns.

They interviewed me for 2 hours without any knowledge if they would contact me for the job or not. Then I was not let know if I was rejected for the position.
Zoom meeting, asked questions about my current university work, and my knowledge of Bechtel, its Business areas and functions. Interviewers were friendly, and interview took about 30 minutes. Bit of technical difficulty at the start, but sorted.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bechtel
Interview
Basic phone interview, HR person was really nice and understanding, and then an extensive one hour behavioral interview with Corporate employee (very serious interview, with questions start to finish) asking situational questions and behavior questions.
