Bechtel was at a University Career Fair. Was offered an interview upon speaking to them at their booth. Interview was next day. It consisted of the usual random interview questions. For example: Describe your strengths/weaknesses. Describe a time you had to work in a team and overcome a problem. They went on to require to apply online and I haven't heard from them yet. The interviewers described the role in greater detail and then asked me around 4 general questions and 2 technical questions related to process modeling. Lastly, they open time for the interviewee to ask their own questions.
overall easy with basic process question. Interviewers look for understanding in all key areas of process with interdisciplinary knowledge. knowledge of simulation and flare is added advantage. supplementary evidence of practical applications is helpful. Overall a easy process
