I applied online for 1 of 3 Designer intern positions, each a different discipline. I was bought in for an interview which consisted of a supervisor from the electrical department, plant design department and HR department. I was then asked a handful of simple question about my high school CAD and Architecture experience, and also some basic questions about the company to see what I knew. After the interview I was called about 3-4 months later and told I got the intern position, I started a few weeks afterwards.
