Initially it took about 3 weeks to hear from Bechtel, I then received a phone call saying I am being considered for two different positions and I would be emailed within 2 weeks to schedule the interview. During the phone interview, there were 3 team members on the call. Concluding the call, they provided all positive feedback and told me that I would hear back from them after the holidays.
