It was very smooth. Focused more on technical side with topics such fluid flow operation and mass transfer operation, pumps, heat transfer operation, basic knowledge of chemical engineering
They interviewed me for 2 hours without any knowledge if they would contact me for the job or not. Then I was not let know if I was rejected for the position.
Zoom meeting, asked questions about my current university work, and my knowledge of Bechtel, its Business areas and functions. Interviewers were friendly, and interview took about 30 minutes. Bit of technical difficulty at the start, but sorted.

Basic phone interview, HR person was really nice and understanding, and then an extensive one hour behavioral interview with Corporate employee (very serious interview, with questions start to finish) asking situational questions and behavior questions.
