Selection for interview on the basis of CGPA. Ten candidates shortlisted for interview. Simple questions asked from the core subjects. There was lack of communication between the company and the candidates which made the process hectic and unpleasant for candidates.

Describe the characteristic curves of centrifugal pumps.
They interviewed me for 2 hours without any knowledge if they would contact me for the job or not. Then I was not let know if I was rejected for the position.
Zoom meeting, asked questions about my current university work, and my knowledge of Bechtel, its Business areas and functions. Interviewers were friendly, and interview took about 30 minutes. Bit of technical difficulty at the start, but sorted.

Basic phone interview, HR person was really nice and understanding, and then an extensive one hour behavioral interview with Corporate employee (very serious interview, with questions start to finish) asking situational questions and behavior questions.
