Panel interview with exam questions. The whole line of questioning irrelevant, and being picked up and corrected in some instances when I used the word Manhour hours. The panel also had a strang way of asking the questions, having to make them repeat the question so they could be understood.

Very bad, There were 3 people conducting the interview, and considering I have 30 years experience, the three interviewers ask graduates level interview questions. The end result was I was given a after but refused due to the salary offered.
