Interview
The HR person was great to interact with and communication was great. I had two round of interviews with two different commercial managers and the feedback was weird. The 1st one provided feedback that I demonstrated Contract and Project Controls experience. The second one only focused on my last 6 months of experience and totally undermined my earlier 15 years of experience despite me demonstrating with examples (STAR) how I managed contract management scenarios.

Two interviews, one with senior contracts manager for screening purposes and the last one with commerical Director for final selection.
