Bechtel Marine Propulsion Engineer interview questions

Very Thorough with background check and security clearance. The attention to detail and focus on education seemed to be at the forefront of what this company is looking for in a candidate.

I applied online. When I got a call, I was scheduled for an interview 3 to 4 weeks out. The interview was a 4 hour process with HR and a few hiring managers/engineers. I met with each of them individually. We went into great detail about the company culture, the job, and the benefits. I was told I would be contacted no sooner that 2 weeks with either a phone call with an offer or an email with no offer and they followed through with a phone call.
