Nice interviewer but absurd process. I was invited for and scheduled a second round interview, and then two days later, they said the position was already filled. Waste of time.
Reached out on linked in for screening call and scheduled an interview the next day. I had interview with someone who was working in the product line in the comapny.
They will have 3 rounds.
First HR, next a 30 min with their Lead Specialist, and then a panel interview with 3 of their senior folks for 45-60 mins.
It’s absolutely unacceptable to experience such disrespect during a final interview. The panel not only showed a complete lack of interest but also had the audacity to arrive 10 minutes late, displaying a total disregard for my time and preparation. To make matters worse, they abruptly cut the interview short without any explanation, leaving me with the impression that they simply didn’t care. This kind of unprofessional behavior is a reflection of poor company culture and raises serious concerns about how they value potential candidates.
