Quick interview process. Started with a virtual screening followed by an in-person interview with the HR Coordinator and HR Assistant Manager. Upon my arrival I noticed that diversity is severely lacking here. The questions were all behavioral based and pretty easy to answer. No one tells you anything about what the company actually does or speaks to the company culture. They placed an emphasis on driving hours away to attend various job fairs. I think their main priority was to hire help for their recruiter.
