I interviewed there about a year ago, so things might have changed but two things really jumped out at me. First, I interviewed with the team (fine) but I couldn’t help but notice they were giggling throughout the entire interview. It’s hard to tell if they were laughing at me or something on their computers because it seemed like they were messaging each other during the interview, but it was unprofessional. Second, everyone was so young! I suggest you check out the profiles of all current staff on LinkedIn. I’m not saying that’s why I didn’t get the job, but it really stuck out to me. Just saying.
