Laid back and they understood that as a college student, interviews can be nerve wracking. Really just tried to get to know my experience and what I was interested in doing post graduation. Thought it went well.

Interview
It went very well. 1 Phone interview and 2 in person interviews. I spoke with an HR representative twice and then interviewed once with the regional manager. They were both very personable and helpful throughout the process.

Got referred by a neighbor. The process took a while because they were figuring out how many interns they could hire.I came in and interviewed with 3 different departments, about 20 minutes each. In between the hiring manager would come in and check on me.
