I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Saint George, UT) in Oct 2008
Interview
I had one interview and was immediately offered the position. They are very direct with their questions and respond well if you use $, %, corporate lingo and #'s. Basic behavioral interviewing technique. I felt like they were looking for energetic, outgoing, to the point but person centered response, someone they could count on all the time to follow store policy and culture to the max but in a friendly, approachable, team work kind of way.
