I applied online. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Exton, PA) in Nov 2020
Interview
It was laid back and conducted by a manager that put me at ease. The interview was more of a chat than anything else. It was my first interview and I really enjoyed the experience.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bed Bath & Beyond (Santa Ana, CA) in Jun 2020
Interview
Pretty simple interview honestly, I was super nervous at first but questions are basically
• Tell me about yourself!
• Availability
• Might give you a product to act on how you would offer a chaser item to a customer
• They’ll explain the position and see if your up to it
Tip: having a open schedule will help!
The manager asked fairly easy questions. I would definitely advise being prepared to answer anything to avoid getting nervous or tripping over words like I did, especially since it was my first interview ever. But the manager looked past that and was overall patient but at times I could tell he was getting a little impatient since I was unprepared and unsure of a lot of things. It was definitely all personal mistakes that I should of worked on prior to the interview. But I was hired on the spot (most likely because they urgently need employees). I start job training tomorrow and I look forward to it!
